btw- when you get that 255 in dont be concerned about the whining. It will whine alot louder than your stock pump but thats normal.

Just make sure the one you get comes with everything you need.
-Pump
-wires
-sock filter
-miller lite

yup just bought it. came out to $100 flat with shipping. has installation kit with it. and for sure going to need a case of miller light just to make things easier

They should make a miller lite technician edition where each bottle kneck was a different size and shaped like a socket cause I always seem to loose sockets when Im drinking and working at the same time... I always find them but it doesnt help when your in the middle of a project and dont have time to clean the garage and find the socket you kicked across the garage under your work bench...

Good luck with the fuel pump, its pretty cake if you take your time and have a couple beers while doing it.

Did you verify that the pump is the problem? Did you check fuel pressure? If there was no pressure did you check for power at the fuel pump? It makes me cringe when people replace a part without knowing if the part is actually bad.

With a gauge on the test port on the fuel line near where it connects to the fuel rail.
