i thought they had to install new tunes for cold air intakes? or is it just common to do a tune and cold air intake at the same time since they often come as a package deal?

i thought tunes were required for longtubes, too.

by the way, i'm talking about handheld tuners here, not dyno tunes

Not required. I know alot of people that bolt on parts and never tune shit.

I hate red interior, but thats just me. Looks real nice though, clean. If it runs as good as it looks, Id offer a little less than what he wants and see if he says yes.

Is it a stick or auto?

it's an auto. i wanted a stick but the price is right and it looks clean, so i'm going to take a look at it. and the s197's you do have to get a tune or do something for almost all the mods you do. some CAI you dont have to tune, but the better ones like JLT or C&L you do have to get a tune for. and when you take out the cats you use a hand held tuner to turn off the rear O2 sensors. this is my main concern, deleting the cats on the fox and getting a CEL. some say i wont get a CEL w/ a o/r midpipe, and some say i will. so will i get a CEL if i change to o/r midpipe?
