water pump bypass

I'm running an electric fan and electric water pump on my 351w but the belt needs an idler to keep it off the water pump pulley. My first choice would be to find a simple roller and fab up a way to mount it where its need but if that was not an option at all I guess I would buy a kit if they made one for this purpose. I'm just running the P/S and alternator with the pully Any ideas, insight or suggestions would be great, thanks.

try reversing the "S" shape between the crank and water pump.

Either change the belt routing or run this water pump.

Thanks for the help guys.
Darrell: I'm tryin to keep everything as low cost as possible, so although I'd love to have that Meziere pump its not feasable on my budget. I'm actually running an electric drive kit on my existing mechanical water pump and only because when I bought the car it wasnt running and all of the belt driven accesories were way the hell out of allignment. I thought it would be one less thing to line up and if I went electric but it just replaced one issue with another.

Sean: Thats what I originally wanted to do but I'd have to get a manual stearing rack and I heard a few guys say it was terrible trying to drive it. How bad is it without P/S?

Update: I found just a plain pulley with a bearing at discount auto for like ten bucks. I should be able to fab up a bracket and let her rip. Thanks again

Flaming River makes a real nice manual rack. I hear great things about their quick ratio rack.
