AFM quick kit II

What do you guys think of this anderson top end kit? I have prety much all the bolt ons i will need to buy injectors, MAF, and a TB to go along with it. That is a damn good price and I will have a lot of dyno time to tune it just right...maybe by the end of the summer put a little nitrous to it.

That does seam like a real reasonable price. Especially with a worked bottom end, you should be extremely happy.

I wouldn't take PRW rockers or a Professional Products junk intake if the shit was given to me. I wouldn't buy that kit. I certainly wouldn't skimp on valvetrain parts. If you do a google search on PRW you will find issues with them not fitting properly, failing, etc. I'm sure we've talked about these rockers on here before a while back. They are chinese knock offs just like the Professional Products line of junk. US companies buy the shit because they get it dirt cheap so there is a nice profit margin on it. Those intakes need a ton of work to get up to par.

Here is what happens when you buy cheap rocker arms.

Sounds like money being wasted to me. Why don't you just buy a Trick Flow kit or better yet, build your own kit?

I made 326rwhp at about 5900 rpm with the Trick Flow K514-360-350 kit and the TFS-51402001 cam in place of the TFS-51402000 cam that comes in the kit. The AFM kit is showing 321rwhp. If you piece something together and have a cam ground for your combination then you could see 340+.

Don't know, like I said before I made about 326rwhp with that set up. If I did it again, I'd probably go with the 190cc as cast head or the CNC185 head and a Jay Allen custom grind.
