Intake plaque little screw size??? please help

Hey does anyone know off hand what the screw size is for the intake plaque. The plaque that sits on top of the intake and covers a couple of the bolts? Anyone...didnt have one when i bought my fox and just polished a cover for it and cant find a screw to fit it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Just dont want to go and buy 300 different bags of screws at home depot and trial and error it.

Just go to your local bone yard and get some.

Doesnt have to be a Stang or Explorer. Look for The 5.0 in any of the Fords.

so do you have one screw left or no? if so just go to home depot, find with width/thread size that matches up and call it a day

im pretty sure that the screws are very similar in size to the ones that hold the cowl in place. i might be wrong, but you could always see if they are atleast the same thread size, then its just measuring length. good luck.

anyone have a tap and die kit you could borrow? if so try ones that look close, if there is any resistance back it out and slowly thread it back in again, if there is still resistance then its the wrong size, but when/if you find one that fits your golden

More than likely it's a metric. It's about a 6mm x 1.00 or 1.25. But buy a 6x1.5 and 6x1.75 to make sure you have them all. About 5/16" should come thru the bottom of the plate, so take an educated guess at the length.
