My brothers 99 Camaro SS 454 LSX

well drop your brand loyalty for a minute. this is my brothers car. he had 2 mustangs before this but this was a really good deal that he couldnt pass up, and he wanted to try something new.
its an LSX block bored and stroked to 454 (all work done by LME) callies crank and rods, wiseco pistons, 317 heads ported by T.E.A., fast 90/90 intake (shaved down and painted black for stock look), kooks headers going to stock SLP dual dual (really quiet) FAB 9inch rear end, built T-56 tranny and a mild cam. fikse FM5 wheels. it put down 550hp and 536tq on the dyno. with better heads (trick flow 235's) and a better cam 600 should be easy. (i am trying to convince him to put a Th400 in it, but the stick is pretty fun, i admit)

and my poor little coupe sitting next to it

Any track times yet?

thanks. nope, no track times. he has actually never been down the track so im gonna try to see if i can take it down the first few times. hes not scared, just always has an excuse.

im sorry but i would take that camaro 7 days of the week....super sexy and sleepered out....looks stock under the hood....i love it....i just signed up on an ls1 forum and been learning some stuff since my roommate is buying a ls1 ws6 tomorrow

not that slp. the camaro came with this setup of slp exhaust from the factory, it really is quiet
