cam for explorer engine???

i just picked up a 97 explorer engine for my 90GT. it only has 36,000mi. on it. im going to swap over all the usuals, and change the valve springs, bigger TB, mass air, and 24ers, 190lh in tank, BBK l/t's, h-pipe and flowmasters. already have most parts mentioned on the car, but what CAM to use ? i want to have the best low to mid power and peak under 5,500. keep in mind i will be adding a cen. blower in a few months. thanks
