The less money i have to spend the better! Got it for free, along with the stock bracket, that I will cut down, since All i have will be an alternator and water pump for pulleys.

Now i just need a plug for it, but thats no big deal, I can go grab one from the bone yard....

I don't have a damn thing to work with, going to have to fab up some small stuff, but I think I got most of it figured out. about a week and a half...

Hey matt, to make things easy, just get a one wire regualtor, run your stator wire and one wire back to alternator lug and then charge wire to solenoid!

PA-Performance is dedicated to offering high quality products to every consumer utilizing the Internet. - PA Performance - You Only Buy Quality Once ! 1.877.471.8010

stator wire

hope that helps! Youll prob spend more time and headaches than it's worth for the 20 bucks it costs to do it this way

I plan on buying this (RJM Injection Tech Alternator Accessories & Parts) and then plugging it in, just cut off the other end of it, and take that green wire and put it to a 12V wire that is Hot when the igntion is on, and put the orange wire on the alternator... should work the same way.

my way is easier

trust me, that green wire is more than just a 12v wire. It has a 500k ohm resistor in place in parallel with the dummy light.. lots of mess to get into. Just do the 2 wire conversion for clean wiring and simplicity.

here is mine (disregard the ghetto temporary bracket)

One wire to stator, one wire to power lug, one wire back to solenoid/battery

What plugs into that stator and the regulator you posted then? Yours was already built in, but how would I wire up the PA parts on the stock alternator? I have it sitting in my garage, maybe i should go take a look at it.

What dummy light? And what does it matter if its more than 12vs? It would be what ever the battery is putting out. The stock wiring harness is that way... The orange goes to the starter, the stator plugs in, and the green goes to a "Ignition ON 12Vs" how would it be different?

I don't exactly know, all i know if that i read up on some people trying what you want to do, and ran 12v switched to that green wire and it fries the voltage regulator as a resistor is needed.

If you dont have the harness for the 3 wire regulator, now would be a good time to go one wire as the whole setup is 20 bucks.

So the Stator goes to the gray wire on the regulator, the red wire from the regulator goes to the post on the alternator, and then the wire to the battery kill switch.... okay....

now i just got to email them and see if it will work in the stock 94 GT alternator.

yeah, those regulators work on any small case 3g, as well as your 94 gt alternator.
