It happens..
I would go stock replacement or a Ford motorsport (50oz) one from Summit for about $70. Not hard at all, requires a gear puller or a harmonic balancer puller (free borrow from most parts chain stores) and 6 point 15/16 socket along with a LARGE breaker bar or impact. Don't do anything stupid like knock your car off the jack stands or damage your crank while replacing it.

No, just the serp belt, fan (four bolts), and shroud (two bolts). I don't recall enough room without at least moving those but I have a SC crank pully so mine might be different.

If you had a 28oz engine, I have a brand new one at home in the box never installed. I bought it when I was building my stroker and went ahead and bought a SFI approved fluid damper and just never installed it on anything. I guess I need to make a classified ad for it on here, but can't do that untill I get off of this platform. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttt.

Oh, it will be a good idea for you to remove the radiator also. No sense in you taking the chance of knocking a hole in it and adding to the cost of repairs. It only takes a few minutes to get it out anyhow. Do yourself a favor, take it out.
