fog lights wont come on and a changed the fuse but it blows when i turn the fog lights on. where could the chort be? im not an electrical guy lol

between the switch and the fog lamps
check under front bumper area and also remove the bulbs and see if it blows.

you might have a very broken bulb. my friend nailed a snowbank this winter in his neon, ripped the light housing off and the bulb hit the ground, shorting out and it would keep blowing fuses.

if not check the wiring for a short. and the connectors for water

Pull the head light switch out and look at it. You might find your problem on the switch or in the wiring harness near the switch. Both items are known for failure.
