clutch quadrant

I just had a king cobra clutch installed on my 85 gt convertible and i am soon goin to replace the clutch cable with a stock one. What i was wondering is how do aftermarket quadrants work? I was thinking of getting a steeda piece from 50resto(part #lrs-7553k). i'm guessing it would no longer be self adjusting so how would i adjust it? is it a direct bolt on or would i have to modify anything? Thanks for any info!

your best bet would be to get a firewall adjuster will you're at it.

IF you don't have the firewall adjuster you have to climb under the car when you want to adjust it. I got a zoom kit and I am very happy with the quality.
