What should I be gapping my plugs at?

My car is plagued with strange idle problems and I'm wondering if the gapping is playing a part. Stock gap for my 83 Tbird is .050. With modifications though my 302 is alot more similar to a Fox Mustang. It's got E7 heads, HO cam, Procomp HEI ignition, Weiand Stealth manifold, and a 570 cfm Holley Street Avenger carb. Any insight?

*Don't cry vacuum leak on me, there's only one vacuum hose coming off the engine and cutting it off doesn't change the idle*

Alot. That's what I get for buying it used. I consider it in good condition. I've been inside the fuel bowls, everything in there seems fine. I've messed with pretty much every setting in an effort to get it to idle properly. The best I've ever gotten it was with the floats way over spec and the idle mixture screws way up. Obviously that ain't right.....

Actually I guess it's possible the idle circuits are clogged.....I did run some Sea Foam through the gas a while ago but if the buildup is really bad maybe it wasn't enough. Any recomendations for cleaning them?
