if you are asking how to free them you can either heat them with a torch and then try, or use a product called penetrating oil that you can get at any autoparts store or retail that has oil and stuff. I usually spray whatever i am going to be working on the night before with the stuff and then hit it again right before i start working on it. works great

get some PB blaster and spray em and tap the heads of the bolts with a hammer to loosen up the threads.if that doesnt work you gotta use some heat

Common problem. Typically it is bad enough that the head will shear off. Once sheared, I've seen someone weld a nut on the end and get it out. The heat and possibley the current from the welding helps break up the corrosion that is causing it to be stuck. Since your bolt head is still on, you can use PB blaster and let it soak in for a day or so and then maybe heat it with a torch? I don't know if that would help.

EDIT: From the time I loaded the page until I replied, others already said what I did Oh well.

if its turning but wont come out try prying underneath the head of the bolt with a flat head screw driver while turning the bolt...maybe it was cross threaded when you put it in and there are no threads left....once you get it out rethread it and chase it with a die for the thread pitch you have.

has it unthreaded at all? sometimes gasket goop gets on the threads and wont let it release if this is the case hook on some vise grips and hit the grips with the hammer to pull out the pin. other wise hook on some grips and pull like all hell as you turn

if its a bolt that goes through the timing cover, then it is possible the bolt has been bent. I've had it happen before and its a PITA. In that case, the vise grip and hammer method should work.

just keep working it back abd fourth, those bolts usually get all kinds of crap sticking to them so they wont slide out
