Top End Build Up 89lx 5.0
Thinking about the following for my motor build up:
Adding Elelbrock 170 CNC PORTED HEADS X CAM 75MM TB from present 65mm 1.6 roller rocker 24lb injectors 255 in tank fuel pump This was suggested to me and was told there are no issues with the Elelbrock heads and that the Trick Flows were a little better but very tricky to install. Can I run the x cam with this setup being a stock 302 or must they be fly cut? I am presently running gt 40 upper and lower intake 3.55's Headman Headers E303 CAM HIPIPE MSD IGNITION 7 TAYLOR WIRES PULLIES 65MM TB CLUTCH |

im thinkin you'll nedd you pistons cut for that extra clearance..but im not sure.
personally, i wouldn't go with an x303...There are better cams out there for the same price.. |
