You actually lose towing capacity with the dually , but you pick up a lot of stability. I have owned probably 15-20 ford dually powerstrokes then switched to chevy when the duramax came out. Had about 8-10 duramax's Love the diesel power

I usually kept a fleet of about 8-10 trucks at a time when I was in the tower business. we always had 4x4 4 door duallies.... the first few I bought were base models and then i got smart and started buying them loaded, because I got better resale/trade in for them we only kept them like 2 years and traded to keep them new and warranty

thats what i hear every time i talk to a person who used to own a hotrod, or muscle car or tuner

they always regret selling there car ALWAYS!

even my dad with his 64 GTO and his 67 Camaro i asked him y he sold the GOAT, he said he didnt want to pay the money for the gas anymore etc etc

mind u with tripower he used to go through half a tank of gas on a quarter mile street race... he was running a 389ci i think with side dumps and cam, and carbs...
