the intake manny from trickflow has a 75mm opening for the TB so i was gonna put a BBK 75mm TB, and run there twisted wedge CNC built heads, and their matching cam, but now if i stroke it with the extra cubes will it still flow optimum amounts of air etc etc etc or do i need to buy bigger heads and what not

170cc heads??? No, don't use any of them. 302 parts make 302 horsepower no matter what the cubic inch is. You need a bigger runner. Get the fast as cast heads or CNC205 heads Don't use any of the cams. Get a cam ground for your combination.

170cc Twisted Wedge heads have alot more power potential than a standard 170cc head like Edelbrock, World, Dart, AFR, ect.. Because the runner is much shorter and the average cross section is larger. The TW use a 4.75" runner length and a standard head uses 5.00" runner length.

Twisted Wedge: 4.75" runner @ 170cc = larger average cross section
Standard head: 5.00" runner @ 170cc = smaller average cross section
