seats

I am thinking again.....just a thought, but...

maybe Ill replace my stock seats and set these aside so they are preserved. I wouldnt want to pay much if I do this.

I saw summitracing has some basic racing seats, they are plastic and have a vinyl cover. Do these provide enough comfort though?

I would have to get replacement seatbelts for these seats huh?

I could just go to the junkyard and get some stock seats.

Ya,

Im also thinking, I could go aftermarket cheap but good like maybe summit. Summit is pretty good right? As long as they are somewhat comfortable and the total $$ isnt too bad, that would be cool, more weight savings!

thnx for the link.

It really would be dumb though to pay so much for restoration of some seats to put in the car , when I have perfect seats now (near perfect). I was thinking just slap some old used ones in. And get a cover from pepboys..

Or go racer style and save weight..

OH, well are their racing seats good products?

I wonder how much it would cost me, seat, cover, any padding needed, seat rails to connect to car, and seat belt. I would want two seats I think. Hmmm
