Need quick help about a breake related part

I need to replace a part that it's leaking but I dont know what it's called. it is a metal part that has 2 brake lines coming in from the master cylinder reservoir and 2 lines going to the brakes. It is located right bellow the reservoir. I called Autozone and Advance and they don't know unless I give then the name. i think it is a brake pressure proportioning valve or something. can anyone help me with the name? it is leaking now.
thanks.

Proportioning valve. Good luck finding one at an auto parts store.

I've never seen a master cylinder come with a proportioning valve. You are not talking about a proportioning valve, you are talking about the master cylinder.

That is correct. Autoparts dont carry it. it is the proportion valve. the problem with the leak is the rubber piece that goes on the threaded bolt in front of the valve. I did a quick fixed and so far zero leakes. I bolted a small stainless steel bolt and since the nut is made out of alluminum, the bolt went in and made a nice thread. Does anyone knows why it has the ruber piece instead of a cap without the hole? Does that rubber piece serve any purpose?
