Took a few more pics of the progress on my car.... New seats fit pretty good in there.. Put the TKO 600 in it today but didn't take any more pictures..

Yeah, i got a set of fat and skinny drag lites going on it when it gets done.. I have had the car 3 months and haven't even driven it yet.. Once i get her driveable she is headed to paint and body! But until then its gonna look like a beater from the outside.. Been doing my AOD to manual swap.. I put a TKO 600 in it yesterday with a fidanza ceramic clutch.. Not to much longer and i'll be tearing up the streets with it!

Wash and a paint job are the least of my worries right now.. I am tracking down the last few parts i need to finish my AOD to TKO 600 swap, getting motor put all back together, swapping fuel pump, and new exhaust comes in this week!! Once it is driveable, then i will make exterior nice...

Yeah that nose is horrible looking, but for now i'm concentrating on interior.. Those Corbeau's look nice, but i don't know if i could be comfortable in them.. I'm 6'4" 240 and had to go with a seat that was roomy... My seats are the Cobra Daytona Sport seat, and i got them for a smokin deal!!!

I know I wouldn't want to get rear ended in those seats w/o a helmet. Head meet plastic lol.

What did you use to paint or dye the interior and is it tacky? I still don't know what parts are vinyl (is it the soft parts?) I hate painting lol

I want a black interior and keep my white leather seats, paint that red stripe that goes around the ground effects black, and get a black convertible top, and some drag lites.

I painted the dash, console, kick panels, rear quarter panels, glove box, and other plastic pieces with Krylon Fusion plastic paint.. None of it turned out tacky or sticky at all.. I did howver test a small area on the soft vinyl door panel, and it will still come off on your hands if you touch it 2 weeks later.. So i am on the market for some black door panels!
