mustang modifications

I'm looking into modifying and doing some alterations to my 1991 mustang gt, I don't have the time to do the work myself since I'm in the navy and am constantly gone and also I don't have the space since I live on-board the ship. Anyways, I was hoping somebody would know of a place here in San Diego or the surrounding area that can do some body modifications for example, removing my mood roof (the tourque is tearing it apart) and also a paint job, I also would like some interior work done nothing to drastic, I also just purchased a twisted wedge heads kit and would like to get that installed. Any input on any places that can do some (if not all) of there things would be really apprichated. Thanks

david let me say..it might had been best to have bought a car with all this stuff..but..if your out cruising ask around..it's really the best way
