Fel pro's will be fine

Autolite 25's work great. Gap them at factory spec.

I would do intake before injectors. 19# should be able to support those heads

No, these heads use Autolite 3924 plugs. And the factory gap spec is pretty wide, I would gap at .035-.045".

thanks for the info on the spark plugs, ill gap them at .035-.045" and see how that runs

also good to know the 19#ers will be fine for awhile then i will def do the intake first

i called a lot of shops here in reno nv and the cheapest quote i got was 1000
some were 1300 and a few were even 1500

obviously i got lower quotes from people on craigslist but i dont think people on craigslist will give me any type of warranty and not sure if im getting some shaddy work done
i guess you get what you pay for

the shop that quoted me 1000 said that it included a full tune up after install and a dyno pull

25 style would be for E7's. Almost all after market SBF cylinders heads run 3924 style shoulder/gasket plugs (as with the Trick Flows). The threads are the same but the depth is much differnt. GT40 use 764 style plugs again same thread different depth and sealing area.

Labor is $100/hour by you????
X2, we do em all the time and thats way overkill, I have done it for 450$ for repeat customers..(headswaps)

Run the 19lbers for now. You can change injectors down the road. They are easy to change.

when i change the injectors up to 24#ers will i need to change the maf and get a tune?

i assume it would be best to change th emaf at the same time as the injectors?

what size maf / throttle body should i run with this setup and the 24#ers

Yes. Get the biggest mass air meter you can find. You can get a tune to correct the injector size or you can fool the computer with MAF electronics. The better way is with a tune.
