Well im a student at college and i have a decent job, so i dont really spend money on anything but my girl and my car. I have about 2k but it doesnt take me long to get money when i wanna save for something you know, thats why im being really picky about this stuff and what i wanna spend my money on. i think i wanna generate about 370 hp to the wheels or so

haha....you have to have the block machined and the rotating assembly balanced and then its just like building a motor from nothing

You really can't go wrong with twisted wedge heads.. they are tride and true.
There are two ways to build an engine. Stick with basic setups, or go balls to wall. Everyone mismatches their setup and it doesn't work that well. For instance.. They buy cams because it "ran great in my friends car" They buy heads because they were cheap or that's what everyone else runs etc.. Either build a basic 1.7rr, stock cam, gt40p head, explorer intake motor.. Or build a bitchin 347 with top end parts.
