Do the tops raise up or down, it looks like they go down but I cant tell from the pic. Low compression pistons im guessing

The tops go down. There in my car and I was told it was 8:5.1 compression but I wasn't sure when I did the swap... jsut took my friends word. I'm glad you guys think it's low comp because the cars going to see some serious boost on the dyno this afternoon.
