E303 cam: FRP A50 Springs and B50 Retainers, surface, valve job, and convert to stud mount.
But IMO, buy the time you're done paying for this you will be telling yourself you should have gone with an aftermarket head and better cam.

By the time you spend the money to make these correct, you could buy a set of Twist Wedges.

100.00 for the heads, and 250-300 to have everything i NEED done to them. If i can get a set of tf's for that price please show me where. not being a smart ass being serious...maybe you kno something i dont

If you are getting springs, valves, retainers, seals, locks, shims, rocker studs, cleaning, valve job, decking, and stud conversion for that price.....more power to you. Have you seriously priced all of this?

I'm weird about stuff like this. I have no problem buying an Explorer engine with 100,000 miles and running it but if I buy a set of 100,000 mile heads, I won't use them until they are rebuilt. They are off the engine, it only makes sense to rebuild them and to do it correctly.
