Water Pump Question
Well... heres the deal. I have an orginal 1969 351W timing cover. And I had to buy a new water pump to have a drivers side radiator hose exit. So i bought one for a 89 fox 5.0. But I learned that they are Counter Clockwise water pumps....
what i plan on doing is just this... ![]() Wondering what water pump I need to do so? Thanks guys... will any drivers side exit pump pre 1980 be a clock wise rotation? I also need something that will bolt to my stock Timing cover. I am using a serpentine belt.

A pre serpentine belt pump will work for you. Or you could change the timing cover to a reverse rotation, you can get one brand new from 50resto for $50. Or go to junk yard and find one cheaper.
