Question about piston rings

Hey guys..i'm rebuilding motor and I'm leaning toward some speed pro pistons. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what the difference is between getting the pistons with the American size rings and the metric sized rings. Is there a better one? I'm doing a forged piston and supercharger set-up. Thanks for any help.

Why Speed Pro?

Some pistons have different ring sizes. Smaller ring sizes have less friction.

I had just heard people say they were good replacement pistons. Do you recommend anything different?

I guess I would have to start with why are you replacing pistons? And yes I have other recomendations or one anyway. Probe. High quality, light weight and affordable. If you are going thru the work you might as well throw some better slugs in it. Unless you are doing a stock rebuild and really don't care much about performance, then use whatever is cheapest.
