haha, no, he's going with a STOCK 5.0 motor, and EVERYTHING else on the car is maxed out, best parts possible basically.

not around here. i have been looking. everyone thinks this shit is gold plated or something. In my area people have blowed up motors they want 150 for. i did find a good shortblock for a good price though

got some news today from the fab shop it seems they have find my 9in ends and asked if i brought them. of course they are denying everything so we will see where this goes. i got a feeling i will be buying some more here coming up which is fucking bullshit

my buddy just picked up a 351, 69' motor. fresh carb to oil pan. rpm cam and intake, 750 carb everything new. ran for an hour or so. stock rods and crank. hypereutectic pistons. 1200 bucks. theres atleast 1200 dollars in parts hangin on the thing. nice damper and pully setup. anyway. keep your eye out, some people really need money right now. lots of great deals floatin around. i second the 351 though. much more torque

I've got a solid 351w roller block with good stock bore, crank, rods, spider and dog bones, front cover. Just needs a once over at the machine shop and pistons of your choice. I'd let it go for $200.
