thanks im knocking out the front suspension, brakes, rear end and rear suspension before the motor is touched. i got a buddy who is giving me a stock motor that needs rebuilt as soon as i get my building up. so im not worried about that part of the build any time soon.

yea i will be ordering the rear strange disc along with 33 spline axles and c-clip eliminators in about a month. its going to be getting the billet specialties street lites

im thinking 4.10s. those 2 brackets are my solid motor mounts, well 3/4 drop mounts

Thats dope... thats the same shit I have, lol. Spool, 33 spline, welded tubes, 4.10, c-clip elim. EXCEPT for those wheels, damn you... Thats going to be sick...

its going to have a drag look to it but i think it will be badass with a 15x10 rim in the back with some skinny's up front. what spool do u have? i got a strange one local about a year ago

Steel full spool, and be carefull if your DD on those brakes... they aren't meant for that

I drove my black notchback all over with Aerospace brakes in the front and rear and never had a problem. The internet rumor is they warp easily. Mine never did and I put a ton of miles on that car.

Looks like you are off to a good start. I'd be pulling some weight out while you are doing all of this work since you will have alot of it apart anyway.

its going on a big diet. im shooting for a race weight of 2700lbs.

Thats good to know, besides cost, this rumor is what kept me from running upgraded brakes...

i think the prices are alright i mean compare them to some of the other aftermarket brake set ups out there. some baers and brembos arent exactly cheap
