if you have no or low oil pressure, like stated about its either a worn out main bearing or spun main bearing

Many possible causes. The common ones are broken oil pump shaft, failed oil pump or bearing issues. Usually with bearing issues you will have some pressure, especially when cold. I'm going to say its the pump or the shaft causing your problem. Either way, the engine needs to come out and be torn down. Knocking indicates damage and is causing more damage as it keeps knocking.

How much would it be for the oil shaft and/or pump if needed with replacement... ?

About $20 for a shaft and $25 for a pump but its too late for that. The engine is knocking, the engine is phucked. If you would have shut it down as soon as the pressure went to zero then you would have had a chance to save it.

Its a good excuse to build a 347.
