They come right off. You need the correct tool to get the lines off the rails though.

yeah i figured that out about 20 something mins ago lol. im just hopping it is bc i dont wanna pull the hole motor out

o and there was about two rocker arms the i could move a little but not much

should i also get new valve steam seals while i got the engine the way it is. my car is burning oil to

I wouldn't waste the time on valve seals unless you are going to pull the heads off and have them rebuilt. You won't know if the oil burning problem is seals or valve guides or something else without pulling the heads apart.

the lifters and rods looked good so i guess the next step is to pull the motor and look to see if it spun a bearing
