Nothing wrong with starting out small and then upping the shot once your comfortable with the car.

A twisted wedge headed car with a supporting intake and a 75 shot should put you right at 350whp.. perhaps a little more with that custom cam and ported heads.

Right at the power level to where you haven't spent a shit ton of money yet, but you wont make enough power to start constantly breaking stuff lol (axles, t5's)

going to rock this intake
Trick Flow Specialties TFS-51511008 - Trick Flow® Box-R-Series Intake Manifolds for Ford 5.0L – SummitRacing.com

deliver an excellent balance of airflow distribution and velocity to increase low-end torque and provide superior high-rpm horsepower
so far i haven't found anything stating i WOULDN'T pass emissions with this setup
and as stated it will deliver low end torq as well as high rang rpm and that sounds good to me

Yes they are good intakes but it all depends on the application.

It seems people have poor results with the SSI intakes on these cars.

thats a shame, i just read about people saying the fuel system it comes with is crap as well

looks like it will be a systemax 2 unless i find a box intake that i can pass emissions with and has good torq and a nice wide power range
