I'm going to put my palm over the radiotor when the airs comming through, because I heard there may not be bubbles. In any case... if it's a head gasket... thats cool and even if it's not, I still have a vibration.

If it is, I'll replace that get it running. Make sure it still runs the same as before (with the vibration) Then I'm going to borrow a buddies balancer to check that.

How is it that if a valve wasn't closing all the way that I would hear air leaking out, but when I spin the motor to open the valves I don't hear any air? That makes no sense to me.

wasn't, was the wrong word.

"if" The valve was haning open, or stuck open, or there was a bent valve allowing me to lose compression, putting air in the cylinder would leak out of the valve correct?

How come when I simpily open the valves, air doesn't rush out?

I have a compressor hooked up to the car and it will hold 100psi plus and not leak air out of any orphace.

It has to be leaking somewhere if the compression showed low in some cylinders. Are you pressurizing the cylinders on the compression stroke with both valves closed? When you open the valves you will hear air come thru the intake manifold or the exhaust, depending on what valve is leaking or which one you open. If you aren't getting any air leaking then you are doing something wrong.

So I cannot simpily pull the rockers off and then push air through it? I thought that, that would close both valves and if there was a leak it would push air through.

Please run me through the process, I don't hear air comming through anything. Even through the intake or exhaust if it suppose to.

make sure the tool your using doesnt have a check valve, or something, it should be pushing air in the cylinder

ok well... did a compression test with a differn't tester with a valve stem in it. It came back as 120psi. Put it back together and it runs fine.
