90 GT injectors not firing

This started after I did a compression check. I wired the throttle wide open and then put everything back together and now it wont start

I have spark, weak but its there. I can hear the fuel pump run. I put a noid light on the injector plug and no light. I put a digital volt meter on and no voltage when the engine was cranked. I unplugged the battery for about 20 minutes thinking it was maybe a clear flood mode or something but I dont know much about these cars.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The 2 day old TPS went bad. I took it back and got a new one and it fired right up.
