lube cable?


I think my car has that whiney speedocable problem. I heard you can lube it with grease to fix this? Can someone elaborate on what to do?

I use powdered graphite to lube cables instead of grease....

i think you can use straight motor oil for the speedo cable, that or motorcycle chain lube that stuff works like a charm

Thanks guys. I guess Ill look at what I got that will work good . Wasnt sure if something in particular works best for this.
