Good to hear guys..

Hmm... I have a set of equal length shorties and a set of stockers... looks like both will take massaging to work.. if at all.

My friend does have a set of bbk shorties that look like they will clear a lot better than what I have now, maybe he will swap me for now until I can get some long tubes.

Went 13.4x's on slicks lol. 4500 rpm launch, woo hoo!

If I can run mid 13's on street tires, that would be superb.

Oh and my ponies are going back on the black car.

Thinking about buying a set of flowtech longtubes and slapping them on there..

I know flowtechs are a meh kind of header, but they are only 100 bucks and will clear the plugs just fine. I have them on my drag car and they dont leak, might go for those.

flowtechs blow.. they will warp and leak but if you buy new and bolt them on and leave them along you'll prob have no issues

Have you test fitted the equal lengths with the plugs in? That is gonna be a tight fit and probably won't work...

Hm, the heads aren't here yet, i'm merely looking at multiple pix on the internet. I may swap my friends shorties for my equal lengths until i can get a nice set of longtubes.

think these headers will work? I know they are cheap, but i literally barely even have enough cash for these headers right now.

I would just get something that is proven to work. I wouldn't risk it

welp that's why im asking people what headers they run.

I am not shelling out 260 bucks for a set of uncoated shorties.
