Fuel pressure and timing needed for mods?

I need to know what fuel pressure and timing I will need for my new setup. So the list of mods are. GT-40P heads with a 3 angle valve job, GT-40 upper and lower, and the 65mm (I believe it is 65mm) that came from the explorer, 80mm mass air, 24# fuel injectors, MSD cap and MSD blaster coil, Accell wires, Cold air intake, Summit longtube headers, H pipe, 2 1/2 dual exhaust going into two Flowmaster super 40 series mufflers, A/C delete, Electric fan, Smog pump delete. So i need to know what to set the timing at. Right now the timing is set at 14 degrees retarded. I dont have a adj. FPR right now. I planning on getting a fuel rail off an explorer or 94 up mustang cause there FPR is two bolt instead of 3 bolt like my stock on is. Reason I want to do that is because Im not using the GT-40 elbow nor am i useing the EGR plate. I made a bracket for the throttle linkage and it will work but part of the linkage hits the FPR on the 3rd bolt that sticks out towards the linkage. I dont think I will have this problem with the 2 bolt FPR. What about gapping the plugs? Stock gap? What are the best plugs to use?

There is no magic timing and fuel pressure specs, its whatever the engine likes. I'd start with about 36lbs of fuel pressure and timing at 15-16* BTDC.
