car wont idle

i put a 302 in my 4cyl mustang.

i have the new comp. and v8 harness..

the problem is when i first start the car up it idles for a few seconds and then shuts off. i start it up a couple more times and it still does it. but after 4 or 5 times of starting and shutting off. it will start and run fine... then when i step on the gas it hesistates..

change the throttle body and egr gaskets along with the iac gasket...u should be fine as long as u dont have any intake leaks.. also check the timing..

I had somewhat same problem all last week check out these links (93 running horribly and computer or maf problem.These are the responses I received and finally shes running strong a week later, just be patient and good luck
