removing gt bumper


how do i remove the bottom brackets for support for the gt bumper?? does anyone have a clue? I'm putting a cobra bumper on.

im in southern cali and you can have it for cheap it needs alittle paint work.... but your prob gonna paint it anyways. and there is a small hole in it.. and some of the brackets where you mount it are broken shouldnt effect the instal to much though... if you pinch it enough... but you can have it for 40.... plus shipping

take the bolts out. I dont get what you are saying is it rusted to bad to remove or what?

I think he is talking about the u shaped brackets on the bottom of the steel bumber. they are there for extra support for the lower hanging gt bumper. If i remember correctly they are rivited on so just drill the rivits. I remember having a car that had a loose one on it. i think i drilled and put bolts through the holes.

yeah i was talkin about the rivets i did drill them i was trying to figure it out it was a pain lol but i got them
