5 lug conversion

im not sure if anyone has tried this but i was wondering if this setup http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RARE-...QQcmdZViewItem
will work with these wheels http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-9-...QQcmdZViewItem
because it says something about the wheel sticking out without the right size wheel

I have to say I've never seen those, I have the 5-lug conversion, but it was done with 5-lug axles from a ranger, and front rotors off a Lincoln, but here's a link for a full kit to do the conversion the right way

You happen to be in luck I know a great deal about the axles. Just changed mine on my 93 cobra from 4-lug to 5-lug. Just my personal recommendation, but if your going to be a show car or something go for it and those spacers will stick out about 1/2"-1" more then what they are at now and with you having 10.5" its either going to look like a bit too much or totally jacked up to be honest. But, if your going to have alot of power running towards those rear wheels then you need to just go ahead and change the axles. Not as hard as you would think. takes about 3-3 1/2 hrs. but well worth it. Got my axles from moser for low 200 something. 28-spline Hopes this helps some way or another.

Not a bad idea to rebuild your Trac-Loc while you are in there..
