h-pipe install status.... FAILED

So me and my mom's friend tried to tackle the task of swapping out my o/r h-pipe with my stock one. It sucked and we couldn't get the bolts back in. All we had was a little floor jack and some little jack stands... on the plus side, I got my new smog pump in. But tomorrow I'm gonna go back and try to mount my old h-pipe on so i can bolt the mufflers up and just drive it home (2.5 miles). I need to find someone with ramps or a bigger jack... Or take it somewhere. How much would an exhaust shop charge me to put an h-pipe on?

U should b able to do it in an hour or less, that includes putting the car on jack stands.. As an owner of a Fox u really need to invest in 4 good jack stands & a decent jack.. Do not ever use a set of ramps. I myself do not trust them.. Plus they are bulky and have limited use capabilities..

Well I went to emissions today and failed horribly. But this was with an o/r pipe. I just wanted to get a 30 day tag. I actually passed 2 of 4 tests though lol. I doubled the limit of Co2 and doubled the limit of hydrocarbons but I passed the NOX test and the gas cap pressure test hahaha

Move to NC. Anything 95 and below gets a safety inspection. No emissions test.
