Rpms fall if I give a quick blip of the gas

Lately when I start up my car the car seems to want to hold high rpm for longer than normal(like on a cold start) and when I start to go from a stop it seems like it hesitates or sputter of a second and then it finally catches up.

Today at the gas station I was giving it a couple quick blips on the gas and instead of revving up the rpms dropped. It also seems like its not as fast as it used to be. I am changing the plugs tomorrow because I haven't done it in a while but if that doesn't help it what do you think it could be?

Timing is at 14 and fuel pressure is at 30 if I recall right.

fuel pressure gives it away that hes injected..

First off i would get a fuel pressure guage and turn the pressure up to atleast 39, then i would keep it on there to see if it was holding constant pressure or fluxuating when you give it gas.

I'd also check for vacuum leaks. My car was running all kinds of shitty when I first got it, wouldn't idle consistently, almost sounded like it had a cam, would hesitate when giving throttle.

It was a dry rotted hose attached to the underside of the upper intake.

Here is a crappy video. You cant even really see it but around 8 seconds you will see it drop when I barely touche the gas.

I fixed it. I had read somewhere that there was more hp at 29 psi, I adjusted it to that not taking the vacuum line into consideration. And then I tried adjusting it without a gauge after it started acting up, finally got a gauge and it was at 50 psi its back to 39 now and running better.
