changed gears again...


just got home from changing the gears again...swapped out the 4.30's for 4.10's. I must say alot you guys were right 4.10 is a MUCH MUCH better gear for my car...keeps me in the perfect power range.

i was thinking of swapping my 3.73's for the new 4.10's i got but i think ima keep the 3.73 and continue to try to sell them.. or if not keep them for spare!

yea mine were free just traded my friend...he had 4.10's in his 4V Cobra and i had 4.30's in mine...we swapped them over...and helped out both cars a whole lot. We made pretty good time only took us about 6 hours to take out both sets of gears..and install both sets...

yea i haven't really got on the car to hard yet though so i dunno...i hit once in 2nd from about 30 mph on the way home and it felt really strong.

i wonder if/what i would feel from 3.73 to 4.10 but im gonna go with darrel he says there good all around im gonna believe that, maybe in future ill switch it up.

yea 3.73's may very well be better i bought the 4.30's cause i got a good deal on them a while back...put them in but it was overkill...pulled the car outta the power band waaaay too fast.

fuck 4.10s, i raced my friends h/c/i fox and was ahead of his slow ass and never got into 4th and he did

read my mind dude, bottle track car, has to be stick, id prefer a notch but for 2k a decent running car would suffice, and i dont give a fuck if theres no radio, ac, all that bullshit
