and you dont need vacuum to have the oil get into the catch can. The crankcase pressure is basically gonna push that stuff out into the can

But the one line from the catch can to the filler neck vac hole is enough?

no issues with that. Would it go into the lower intake or the upper intake and block off either or. Or could I run a "t".

And I'm guessing if I run the catch can to the pcv I could do a breather on the valve cover?

you can "T" it off. basically what you wil have is a length of hose connected to the PCV on the back of the lower manifold, a length of house connected to your filler neck, these 2 hoses will connect to the "T" connection, then a line will come from the "T" and lead into the catch can

Sounds good. I appreciate it. since the pcv isn't going to the upper intake anymore what is best used to block it off?

to block off the connection on the bottom of the upper intake manifold go to your local auto parts store and purchase a cap set. The PCV valve is going to be left in place and the only thing different is that it is going to have tubing leading directly into the catch can.

Might be a stupid question, but why can you not just use breathers? Thats what I have on my race car... I have never played with boost though.

you can use breathers if you want. if you read my other posts there are a couple disadvantages to them, mostly that they tend to let smoke enter into the cabin since they are vented directly to the atmosphere but that all depends on the condition of your engine. another thing is that at times the breathers may get oil soaked dripping oil onto your valve covers. other then that there is nothing wrong with using them.

I Did some more thinking. The pcv is technically connected to the line comming off the upper intake. Do I cut the hose... stuff it in the lower intake, and plumb a hose from the pcv to the catch can? Then I block off the upper intake.

Cause the key is to still run the pcv even off the catch can correct?

just block of the upper intake connection completely then have a line going from the PCV to the catch can

I know, but should I just use the pcv hose that came off the upper. Cut it from the upper, put it in the lower, and connect it to the "t".
