TW fast as cast heads with track heat manifold on stock 5.0
would it be smart or even safe to put trickflow fast as cast heads and track heat manifold on a stock 5.0 bottom end with 130,000 miles

Milage doesn't matter. Do a compression test, and a leakdown. If all come back posative, then regasket the top end, and put the parts on.
