Question on carter fuel pumps


should I go to kraigen and get a stock fuel pump by carter or should I get a stock fuel pump by walbro

Why go stock? put Walbro 255 lph, then you have it if you need it.

but wouldn't it blow your fuel pressure regulator or wouldn't that be to much fuel pressure

No man, The regulator controls how much fuel pressure actually get's to the fuel rails, the rest is returned..

It has more capability, but until you play with the fpr it's the same amount of fuel. Same price as a stocker too.

oh sick cuz I had a really bad Idle surge and I bought a stock carter fuel pump and I was wondering what other problems I had and I think its a shitty fuel pump
