Proform Waterpump=junk!!!

bought one seemed like a nice peice at a reasionable price.... well i got way less then i paid for it wont even fit! i put it on and the hose rubbs the balencer at the bottow! WTF is that???? its too late to talk to anyone but i am sending it back for a better one!

have u tried a longer hose adapter? or is it made as part of the water pump

My hose on my stock water pump rubbed the balancer too...took care of that........

longer wouldnt help. i just need an angeled one i think.

what do you need a hose for anyway. drain all the water and save weight

You got one for a chevy i bet.. let me find that article on turbomustangs....

nope its for a sbf i called. i got an easy fix i went to home depot and bought a 1" pipe fitting 45* elbow and it fit with no problems i just had to get a new hose to coustom fit. it looks good and seems to function well only 1 issue but its my error i need to thread tape the fitting better. its quiet and flows water pretty well. i also installed a csr upper radiator hose remote fill cap. very nice peice.

ye we will see how well it works i am not a big fan of any proform products but ill watch it close and see what happens.
