Thought I had it fixed by replacing the module on the front of the distributer, no luck. Just an FYI - it first went out with the Ford distributer installed. Ideas?

Wiring issue, most likely:

Mustang FAQ - Engine Information Check the injector harness from the EEC to each injector. Do continuity and resistance checks. Also check for a ground (which you shouldn't have) from each pin.
EEC power relay, above EEC in RH kick panel (remove glove box).

A bad fuel pump won't turn off your injector signals, BTW.
