sparkplugs
I just changed my spark plugs and distributor wires. After doing all of that and making sure the wires were in the right order the car starts. The problem I am having is the car runs horiable. It will barely stay idling and it won't rev up for crap. What could be wrong?

If it was not running horrible before the plugs and wires and is now, I would suspect one of those
![]() Check your order again and where number 1 is at. It happens to everyone. If that is double/triple checked, I'd make sure the plug ends are making good contact with a "snap" when you attach them or maybe you got a bum set of wires. See this sticky 5.0 Engine Tech And Specifications

I feel stupid... I used the 5.0 firing not the 5.0 HO. Runs like a beast now.
