AOD 351w help

I'm getting an AOD to mount to my 351w and I have a few questions. I have an older non-roller carbed block so I know I can't run the 5.0 flywheel. I need to know what flywheel I need to get and also if I need anything else to hook it up to the 351w? I'm hoping it will be easy w/ minimal mods and not hard to find a flywheel.

think this might be the flexplate I need. Any help would be great before I get rid of two c4's I got. Flywheel, Ford C5 / AOD, 289, 302, 351 engines: Bulkpart transmission parts
Does this seem like the right one?

so that flexplate should work then. Is there anything else I'll need? Trying to cover all my bases here before I get it. He's going to give me the shifter, torque converter, flexplate, and cables, but I know I can't use the flexplate. Just want to make sure I don't need anything else for it to make it a quick drop in job.

I bought a 73 mustang flexplate from advance auto for a c4 and not too sure the size and tooth count of it. I heard the c4 and aod flywheels were the same but I needed to make sure I had the right teeth count. Anyone have any idea how many teeth this one should have? Can I use it for the AOD or do I need to get another one?

Will any 164 tooth 20oz flexplate work as long as it fits in the bellhouse?

164 tooth, 28 oz, c4 flex is ideal for the AOD.
There is plenty of them out there aftermarket or just new.
the bellhousing bolts might need attention, that is all.

Think I will just grab them when I get the tranny. The guy has to pull it out of the car so I'll just give him my c4 bolts.

I really wish I could find out what size flexplate I already have. Is counting the teeth the only way to know how many teeth it is?
