which injectors...?

i'm finishing up a GT40P head swap, w/ TFS1 cam, and explorer intake. my question is which injectors should i use? my stock #19 w/ 135,000mi. or the explorer all yellow pencil type w/ 34,000mi. they both use the same plug. is one better than the other ? thanks

injectors work or they dont work, clean the old ones, soak them in a cleaning solution and go about your ways

thanks guys. i understand #19lb. are fine. my question is which ones to use. i have a set of #19 fat body's w/ 135,000mi. that came stock in the car. i also have the set of #19 pencil type that came with the 97" explorer w/ 36,000mi. they both use the EV1 2 blade connectors but are they interchangeable, spray pattern, ohms, ...ect ?

injectors work or dont work, just leave the ones in the car, or if you want to swap then swap.
